Ingredients

  • 450 g cod fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Steps

  1. Pat the cod fillets dry, brush them with olive oil and rub all over with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Let the fish sit for 5 minutes to take up the seasoning while you preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  3. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without letting them overlap.
  4. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork; thin fillets may be ready in 8 minutes.
  5. Squeeze lemon over the top, scatter with parsley and serve warm.
