Ingredients

  • 250 g beef sirloin, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Steps

  1. Cut the sirloin into 2.5 cm cubes, pat them dry and toss in a bowl with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
  2. Leave the beef to marinate for 10 minutes while you preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  3. Spread the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between them, so they brown instead of steaming.
  4. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 minutes for medium, shaking the basket halfway; add 2 minutes for well done.
  5. Toss the hot bites with the butter and parsley, rest for 2 minutes and serve.
