  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 60 ml sriracha sauce
  • 30 ml honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Steps

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  5. While wings cook, whisk together sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the glaze.
  6. Increase air fryer temperature to 200°C. Toss the cooked wings in the glaze, then return to the air fryer for another 3-5 minutes, until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
