Ingredients

  • 600 g radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 g parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Steps

  1. Trim the radishes and slice them 2–3 mm thick, ideally with a mandoline, then pat the slices dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Toss the slices in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper until lightly coated.
  3. Lay the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer with almost no overlap, working in batches for even crisping.
  4. Cook at 175°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 minutes, until the edges curl and turn golden.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan while hot and let the chips cool for 2 minutes to crisp up before serving.
