Ingredients

  • 400 g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 150 g thick yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 piece bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Steps

  1. Whisk the yoghurt in a bowl with the tikka masala paste, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt to make a thick, deep red marinade.
  2. Fold in the paneer cubes and pepper chunks and leave them to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Spread the pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, shaking off any excess marinade, and brush them with oil.
  4. Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the edges are charred and the paneer is golden.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney.
