Donut holes

Mix the self-raising flour, greek yoghurt, half the sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a bowl until a soft dough forms.

Ingredients

  • 80 g self-raising flour
  • 60 g greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 10 g butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Steps

  1. Mix the self-raising flour, greek yoghurt, half the sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a bowl until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead briefly on a floured surface, then roll the dough into 12 small balls about 3 cm across.
  3. Arrange the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them, and brush lightly with melted butter.
  4. Cook at 170°C for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway, until risen and golden.
  5. Brush the hot donut holes with the remaining butter and roll them in the remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon. Serve warm.
