Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

Toss the thinly sliced beef and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then spread them across the air fryer basket.

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef sirloin, very thinly sliced
  • 4 piece bell peppers, halved and deseeded
  • 1 piece onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 slice provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Steps

  1. Toss the thinly sliced beef and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then spread them across the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook at 200°C for 8 minutes, stirring once halfway, until the beef is browned and the onion has softened.
  3. Sit the pepper halves cut side up in the basket, line each with a slice of provolone, then pile in the beef and onion.
  4. Cover with the remaining provolone and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbling and golden.
