Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers
Toss the thinly sliced beef and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then spread them across the air fryer basket.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef sirloin, very thinly sliced
- 4 piece bell peppers, halved and deseeded
- 1 piece onion, thinly sliced
- 8 slice provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Toss the thinly sliced beef and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then spread them across the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 200°C for 8 minutes, stirring once halfway, until the beef is browned and the onion has softened.
- Sit the pepper halves cut side up in the basket, line each with a slice of provolone, then pile in the beef and onion.
- Cover with the remaining provolone and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbling and golden.
