Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Ingredients
- 4 piece pork chops, bone-in
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt

Steps
- Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Mix the Dijon mustard with the minced garlic and spread it in a thick layer over the top of each chop.
- Combine the breadcrumbs, thyme and olive oil, then press the mixture onto the mustard so it forms an even crust.
- Arrange the chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, crust side up.
- Cook at 190°C for 14–16 minutes, without turning, until the crust is deep golden and the chops are cooked through.
