Ingredients

  • 4 piece pork chops, bone-in
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper, ground

Steps

  1. Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Mix the Dijon mustard with the minced garlic and spread it in a thick layer over the top of each chop.
  3. Combine the breadcrumbs, thyme and olive oil, then press the mixture onto the mustard so it forms an even crust.
  4. Arrange the chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, crust side up.
  5. Cook at 190°C for 14–16 minutes, without turning, until the crust is deep golden and the chops are cooked through.
  6. Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
