  • 700 g pork country-style ribs or individual sparerib sections
  • 2 linguri brown sugar
  • 1 lingură smoked paprika
  • 1 linguriță garlic powder
  • 1 linguriță onion powder
  • 0.5 linguriță cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 linguriță salt
  • 0.5 linguriță black pepper

Steps

  1. Pat pork ribs dry. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper to create the dry rub.
  2. Generously rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (325°F). Place the ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
  4. Cook for 25 minutes at 160°C (325°F).
  5. Increase the air fryer temperature to 200°C (390°F). Cook for another 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until the ribs are tender and slightly crispy on the outside.
