Air Fryer Fluffy Pancake Puffs

Ingredients

• 1 cană Pancake mix
• 1 cană Milk
• 1 buc Large egg
• 1 linguriță Vanilla extract
• după gust piece Cooking spray
• după gust piece Maple syrup for serving

Steps

1. In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Lightly spray silicone muffin cups or donut hole molds (that fit in your air fryer) with cooking spray.
3. Fill each mold about 3/4 full with the pancake batter.
4. Carefully place the filled molds in the air fryer basket.
5. Cook at 160°C for 8-10 minutes, or until the pancake puffs are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove from molds and serve warm with maple syrup.
